U-Pol Ltd based in Wellingborough required DGSA representation, having previously had a DGSA working with them, they felt they were not being supported in the correct manner, as they had not seen their DSGA for a number of years and had never received an annual report.

They now receive 2 visits per year; ongoing assistance in ensuring their dangerous goods are managed correctly and an annual report; with our assistance they have also managed to de-classify a number of goods that were previously thought to be dangerous for transport.

The company identified that their SDS’s required updating across the product ranges, with the impeding change to CLP; we access their data base remotely and build the raw materials then construct the finish product SDS, ready for issue across the globe.
